Playtech PLC (LON: PTEC) the online gambling software and technology giant, announced this week the five-year extension of its agreement with The Rank Group PLC (LON: RNK) to provide the technology for Rank Group's bingo platforms.

In addition to supplying the software for the group's flagship bingo brand – Mecca Bingo, the deal covers two of Rank's newest Bingo brands, Lucky Pants and Kitty Bingo.

The cooperation between the two was enhanced recently with Rank recently transferring its online poker operations to Playtech’s iPoker platform.

Second Agreement for Playtech This Week

It is the second big agreement Playtech has signed in a matter of days. As well as signing an agreement with the Rank Group to service their top bingo sites, Playtech has also extended its long-term agreement with gambling operator BoyleSports for a further five years. Playtech will continue to offer a dedicated casino tab whilst also supplying Live Casino on an exclusive basis to BoyleSports, as well as the company’s bingo and poker content.
