Bongo's Bingo, one of the UK's top bingo event companies, has announced a return to Hull with a series of dates planned for July.
The events include a '90s special which will celebrate the decade that gave us Britpop, dial-up internet and Tamagotchis.
Organisers say the 90s special is for anyone who rocks their platform shoes, loves rave anthems or sings along to Spice Girls, with hits from the Backstreet Boys to Nirvana and TLC to 2Pac. Alongside the 90s fest, visitors can expect all the madness, mayhem, dance offs and sing-alongs you would find at any Bongo's Bingo event.
From humble beginnings in Liverpool in 2015, Bongo's bingo, now in its 10th year, has sold over five million tickets across 40 locations in the UK and in such places such as Ibiza, Las Vegas and Australia.
Bongo’s Bingo’s co-founder Jonny Bongo said of the UK bingo event:
“The 90s is such a wonderful period in the UK, with so much pop culture and general craziness which saw out the entire century.
“We love a theme at Bongo’s Bingo and there’s just so much to work with from the 90s, there’s amazing music from bangers to classics and endless hands-in-the-air tunes which will have everyone in raptures.
“The 90s events are part of our July release in Hull so it’s time get involved and start the summer with us. Tickets are on sale now as we continue to celebrate our 10th anniversary.”
The dates at Asylum in Hull are: Saturday, July 12 (90s Special) and Friday, July 25.
