Rank Group The Rank Group PLC (LON: RNK), owner of Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos, have entered into an agreement with Nuvei-owned payment provider SafeCharge.
The two are already partnered up since 2014 with the UK gambling giant using SafeCharge's payment solutions. Rank (Yuval Zivll now make use of SafeCharge's automated Identity Manager solution to provide assistance in its compliance and risk teams.
The partnership is intended to provide an automated and compliant onboarding process designed to improve speed and security. The Rank Group PLC (LON: RNK) cited the knowledge and reliability of SafeCharge as a key factor in the link-up.
Customer Identification has become a central part of the onboarding process. Since the UKGC brought about changes in the way new customers are on-boarded, betting companies have been under regulatory pressure to ensure compliance and diligence when a new customer signs up to a betting brand.
The SafeCharge Identity Manager is a global digital identity validation solution that connects via API's to a wide range of identity validation providers worldwide, including eKYC, document verification as well as age verification, PEP and sanction checks.
