Betfred big winner A 77-year-old from Cumbria will celebrate being able to afford to have his heating on this winter after pocketing a cool £30,000 playing Betfred's Bonus King Bingo Game.
The die-hard Liverpool FC fan is a regular at his local Betfred branch, keeping his wife happy, who, in his own words. “loves him out of the house.”
The great-grandfather won a whopping £30,045 win from just a £2.10 wager on the Bonus King Bingo game.
The delighted winner of the popular bingo game said:
“I used to travel all over the world with my engineering job, so my wife is used to her own company – and then after Covid she shall we say encouraged me to get out and about.
“That's particularly the case in the morning, when she enjoys her own company. She is happy and I get to Betfred where the staff are great – very pleasant indeed.”
“I have been with Betfred for a couple of years now. I enjoy the company at the shop. My wife can't believe I have won so much and keeps asking if it's true. She will believe me when I book a holiday in Tenerife!”
