Dabbers at a bingo hall in Prince Albert, Canada got more than they bargained for this week when a TV monitor unexpectedly started showing a pornographic film.

When the bingo caller announced  “A Meal for Two, A Favourite of mine… sixty-nine” he may well have been referring to the film and not one of the balls in his hand (pun fully intended).

The incident at the Carnival Bingo hall in Prince Albert is being blamed on a security hack. A video of the incident filmed on a patron's mobile phone has been widely circulated on social media. The clips shows bewildered onlookers look around in shock and amusement as the adult film is played on a TV monitor.

Todd Bernier, manager at Carnival Bingo told PaNow:

‘We had some new technology installed in the building and had a bit of a security breach with that technology, We've since had that corrected.”

Mr Bernier said that the incident was reported to the police and an investigation is under way into exactly how hardcopre pornography came to be played in the bingo hall to unwitting patrons.

Although the matter was taken mostly in good spirits by the surprised bingo players, the video does show one at least child present, with her back turned to the screen broadcasting the offending images at the family-friendly venue.

Mr Bernier concluded that although Carnival Bingo had received some concerned phone calls regarding the matter, “everyone has been very understanding.”
